The positive movement towards protection of our nature has finally covered the responsibility on  governmental level.

Safety regulations against pollution are increasing and every day they become more severe.

As specialty chemicals manufacturer, being green means studying and developing  products that do not pollute or that have less possible impact on the environment.

For example, we researched and developed humectant and soaping agents with characteristics that meet these requirements.

Our Biorol line shows excellent properties in terms of low foaming and high level of  biodegradability that make them suitable for all those textile fabrics, whose washing waters at the end need to be treated in small wasted water treatment plants. With this product we aim to reduce the load of chemicals that have to be treated in order to provide clean water.

Rolflex® Bio is our signature biobased waterborne polymer, used as printing, finishing and coating component for Technical solutions. Rolflex Bio is a film forming polymer manufactured from sustainable and non fossil sources such as vegetable source. By using Rolflex® Bio in printing, coating and finishing formulations, less CO2 emissions are achieved resulting in an overall Carbon Footprint reduction of the final article. 

Rolflex® Bio are developed also to eliminate solvents like DMF or Toluene that are used in textile manufactuting process. Rolflex® Bio brings double contribution to the environment:

  • by eliminating the risk of manufacturing and handling final article made with harmful and toxic substances, like DMF or Toluene.
  • by reducing the carbon dioxide total emission thanks to the renewable vegetal materials polymerized.

Products are certified according to Bluesign, ZDHC standards.
