Lamination
Laminated is “a material composed of two or more layers, bonded closely together using an added adhesive or by the adhesive properties of one or more of the component layers”.
Adhesive is the critical issue to bond the fabric and other components. This bond must be strong enough to resist wear and tear, ageing and washing.
A selection of waterborne polyurethane and compound of the ROLFLEX® range has been developed by our teams to run through customisation almost all the kind of processes, machinery, fibers and materials, from dry to wet lamination, from soft to stiff touch, from direct to reverse coating systems at several temperature.
