The new Rolflex^® Bio polyurethane dispersion product range is moving forward!

Rolflex^® Bio designed for the high quality textile, are developed for coating and impregnation for luxury, fashion and automotive textiles.  High quality water borne polymers certified by Bluesign^®, made in Italy.

Rolflex^® Bio are developed to eliminate solvent like DMF or Toluene in textile and to reduce the carbon dioxide total emission in the environment because they contain renewable materials to further increase the sustainability of the final article.

• High content of renewable material up to 70%: measured according to ASTM D 6866 as a fraction of total organic carbon and as fraction of total polymer weight.
• Long lasting performance: thanks to superior hydrolysis resistance and mechanical - chemical performance
• Designed for reaching high standard in sustainability
• Used by impregnation, waterborne coagulation, foam coatings and gravure coatings
• Certified Bluesign and ZDHC level 3 approved
